IIT seeks your support to help fund the all-ages, all-abilities participation program as well as send players to represent Tasmania at the 2023 National Cricket Inclusion Championships. Predicted cost is $15,000 for flights, accommodation and support needs.
Have you seen the recent national TV news stories on state and international blind cricket competitions? Tasmania has never had a player group to participate in these events – until now! So we’ve launched our GoFundMe page in seeking your help to fund our player’s attendance.
Thanks to Kookaburra Cricket Aust for donating playing kits (bats, pads, gloves) and Cricket Tas for training equipment and partnership support, allowing for a high-quality playing experience for blind and visually impaired participants.
We welcome financial support from corporates, businesses, individuals and charity organisations to help us sustain the program and make the State Team Players’ dreams come true!
