Coaching
As blind cricket grows across Tasmania, so will our need for coaches.
Sportspeople thrive with the support of encouraging, knowledgeable and future-focused coaches. We’re taking steps to build inclusive sports coaching capacity in Tasmania.
Our Head Coach Taylah Purton leads the training group and has extensive experience in cricket as a player and coach.
Coaching Development
We are working with Blind Sports Australia, Cricket Tasmania, and Blind Cricket Australia to build an accredited, professional coaching program for blind cricket in Tasmania.
We hope that our coaching development model will pave the way for similar coaching development programs to be rolled out across Australia, and within the international blind cricket community.

Our players are supported by an excellent team of coaches, with both local and national experience.
Become a coach
We are actively seeking appropriately credentialed people who are interested in developing their coaching abilities to include blind cricket.
